We offer two delivery solutions:

Option 1: Standard Manufacturer Direct Shipping (Default)

Products ship directly from the manufacturer via freight carrier.

  • Cost: Varies by product and destination

  • Timeline: 5-14 business days after manufacturing

  • Customer handles: Receiving coordination and delivery scheduling with freight carrier

  • Storage: You're responsible for secure storage at your property

Option 2: Speedman Logistics White-Glove Service (Recommended)

Our premium white-glove delivery partner manages transport, storage, and scheduling.

Includes:

  • Professional handling with specialized vehicles and equipment

  • Secure, climate-controlled warehouse storage until you're ready for installation

  • Flexible delivery scheduling coordinated with your installer

  • Expert placement at your desired location

  • Packaging removal and disposal

  • Real-time communication and order tracking

Cost: $400-800+ (depending on distance, product size, and storage duration)

  • Flat-rate delivery fee

  • Warehouse storage: $50-150/month

  • Installation coordination: $200

Timeline: Flexible—we deliver when your installer is ready, not when the freight arrives

Primary: Orange County, California
Extended: Southern California (Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino counties—additional fees may apply)

For shipping outside Southern California, contact us for availability.

Order Timeline

  1. Consultation & Specification: 2-5 business days

  2. Quote & Approval: 1-3 business days

  3. Order Placement: 1 business day

  4. Manufacturing: 2-4 weeks

  5. Quality Control & Shipping Arrangement: 3-5 business days

  6. Transit: 5-14 days (standard) or flexible (Speedman Logistics)

Total: Typically 3-6 weeks from order to delivery

Choosing Your Shipping Method

Choose Standard Shipping If:

  • You want the most economical option

  • You have secure storage at your property

  • Your installer can coordinate directly with the freight carrier

  • You're comfortable managing product protection

Choose Speedman Logistics If:

  • You want premium handling for luxury products

  • Your property lacks secure storage space

  • You want flexible delivery scheduling

  • Your installation is scheduled weeks or months after purchase

  • You prefer us to coordinate everything

Receiving & Damage

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect all products for visible damage

  • Report damage within 24 hours with photos

Damage Claims:

  • Standard shipping: We assist in filing claims with the freight carrier (manufacturer/carrier is responsible)

  • Speedman Logistics: Speedman handles claims through their insurance

Note: Manufacturers maintain warranty coverage for defects. We facilitate the claims process.

Scheduling & Changes

Standard Shipping

  • You coordinate delivery timing directly with the freight carrier

  • Contact us to assist with rescheduling requests

Speedman Logistics

  • We coordinate delivery with you

  • Available: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM

  • Confirm delivery 48 hours in advance

  • First reschedule is free (within the same month)

  • Additional reschedules: $75 each

  • Must request rescheduling at least 3 business days before delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 3-6 weeks total, including 2-4 weeks of manufacturing.

Q: Can I store products with Speedman Logistics while waiting for my installer?
A: Yes. This is a primary benefit. Storage costs $50-150/month depending on product size.

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: Report damage within 24 hours with photos. Standard shipping claims are handled with the freight carrier. Speedman Logistics claims are covered by their insurance.

Q: Can I reschedule my delivery?
A: Yes. For Speedman Logistics, your first reschedule is free. Request changes at least 3 business days ahead. Standard shipping rescheduling depends on freight carrier availability.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No. Contact the manufacturer directly for international options.

Q: Can I pick up my order instead?
A: No. All orders require professional delivery due to size and fragility.

Liability

  • Manufacturers are responsible for product defects or manufacturing flaws

  • Freight carriers/Speedman Logistics are responsible for damage during transit and delivery

  • You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting damage within 24 hours

  • We are not liable for damage caused by shipping carriers or for your failure to report damage promptly
